The Company Started out as Paul's Tree Service Inc., over the years the area changed and the demand changed and so did Paul's.

In 1998 Paul's became a 2nd generation Owned and Operated Business; We are now known as:

Paul's Paving & Excavating.

The Company is now run by their Son Michael P. Justice with his Mother Oneida M. Justice.
We exist to provide the best quality asphalt solutions for commercial and residential properties. With honesty and integrity running through the core of our model, we set our own standards of the highest levels to further benefit our clients.
